Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb. flank beef cut into thin strips
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup Hoisin sauce
  • ½ cup beef stock
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup green onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
